Stop annoying Office365 service update emails

 

Go to: https://admin.microsoft.com/adminportal/home?ref=MessageCenter&showPref=1

A side panel will open on the right.

                Scroll to the bottom of the side panel
                Untick ‘Send me a weekly email digest’
                Click Save at the bottom of the panel.
